Android 5.0 Lollipop News for Galaxy Note 3 Neo by Samsung Netherlands
The past few months, the folks at Samsung updated many of their high-end smartphones from 2013 - 2014 to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It seems though that the South Korean phone maker is not forgetting about their lower-end devices, either. A recent tweet from Samsung Netherlands is reassuring the owners of the Note 3 Neo will get updated to Lollipop.
Galaxy Note 3 Neo is a cheaper and less powerful version of the Galaxy Note 3. It comes with an S Pen stylus, while sporting a 5.5-inch HD screen, 8 MP primary camera with 1080p video recording support, while being equipped with 16 GB storage, microSD support, is powered by a hexa-core 1.3 GHz Exynos 5260 processor paired with 2 GB of RAM, a 2MP secondary cam, and a 3,100 mAh battery.
Just any other software update, the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be pushed to users in stages, Furthermore, the unlocked models will be the first ones to get the new firmware. meaning that the ETA will vary from region to region. As you may already know, the carriers are usually behind the curve when it comes to software updates, because of the testing they have to do internally.
